Generate polygon from html

Is there any way to generate pgrouting-walking polygon with centroid (x,y) from Geoserver?. Here is the process:

1º An user clicks on map(OSM).Html5

2º Next ,these coordinates are used to generate a polygon(centroid) with Geoserver+Postgis(Pgrouting functions).
