How to read offline map in GeoMOOSE?

Actually I contact to geomoose and unfortunately they didn't answer me till now, so I ask my question here and I hope somebody help me about it

1. Is there anyway to reading map in offline mode ? if yes how ?


2. Is there anyway to save shapes (points,lines,polygons) to a file and then when we open the saved file we see again our changes ?


3. I want very simple app for reading map in offline mode and draw some point and line and distance , azimuth and so on , what you suggest ?
