##post classification land use conversion in spatial data not in table format##

I have performed post classification land use conversion by using tabulate area tool<

But i want to identify the area converted from one class to another in spatial data not in table format, For example 5% of vegetation class converted to residential class, in which area? How can i do it ?

Can i do it using any ArcGIS tool? or any other way.
