All CAD drawing is one layer and few merged features, and no annotation when opened in ArcGIS

I have a CAD drawing wich openes normally in AutoCAD. Hoevwer when it is opened in ArcGIS to import some data from it all the lines are on the same layer (insert) and all faetures of the similar location and objectes are merged into one faeture. also there are no annotation or texts readable by ArcmGIS.

How can I resolve this problem? at least how can I read annotations and diffretiate between line types in ArcGIS?
