Developing an iOS GPS App

I'm an experienced programmer looking to develop a GPS App with these constraints:

1. I Need a turn by turn level of precision


2. I Need to know if a street is one way or not


3. I Want to calculate an intinerary with my own algorithm


4. I want to be able to implement it in iOS

Can you tell me which cartography resources are fit for the task?
