Differential correction error

I am trying to differentially correct a shape I collect with a Trimble Juno handheld in Terrasync. The file displays fine in GPS Pathfinder Office, but when I differentially correct it, the .cor file just appears as a few straight lines (nothing even resembling the original file). I thought this might be an issue with the coordinate system, but both Terrasync and Pathfinder are set to NAD83(CORS). I also get reasonable stats from the correction log that are in line with what I would suspect. Does anyone have any ideas what might be the issue?
