Directions/Routing/Itinerary API where i can see pricing?

I am having hard time finding API like Google Directions that shows their pricing. I have found viaMichelin and it has Itinery API but everything they have about pricing on their site is "A route access = charged request" and nothing else. I also found deCarta but their route pricing is also not clear.

What are similar services that i could use and that show their pricing in a clear way?
