Kernel Density with population

i want to do a kernel density with my points. As you can see on the picture, the black point reprensent all the buildings of my city and the green point all the locations of my customer.

I would like to do a Kernel density but i would like to consider the density of the buildings.

How I can do that?! Thanks for the help!
