Looking for succesful implementaion of PPDM in form of geodatabase

I am have difficculties in iplementing spatial version of PPDM for our GIS database. Does anyone has a reference to a sucessful case of implementing PPDM in as a geodatabse. Or how to build a spatial PPDM database.
