Network Analyst--join, iterate, change attributes and save [duplicate]

I would like to create multiple routes at the same time using the iterate function. Attached is an image of a model for three different networks. One location is the same (Bell 2) but the other location differs for each network (OID_533, OID_534).

Specifically how do I do the following?:

1) Create a model, if possible, that will generate individual routes at the same time like in the example below but will automatically recognize location Bell2 goes with location OID_533. I'm assuming a join or something, then iterate needs to occur here but not certain.

2) Change the attribute fields generated in the route file from "FirstStopID" and "LastStopID" to recognize names of the attributes of the stops--e.g. Bell2 and 533.

3) Save the routes as a shapefile or a feature class with an unique name in the model. I can do this in the ArcMap dataframe but can't seem to figure out how to do it in the model.

Thanks!
