Area solar radiation: calculating horizon and radiation [duplicate]

I'm trying to do a solar radiation map for Portugal, using Area Solar Radiation tool from Spatial Analyst tools. It's running for 5 days and it's not finished yet. I have 10714 columns and 20906 rows, and I'm using the time configuration whole year with monthly interval.

Results window says that is Calculating horizon and radiation, and all the outputs are like: Output ... raster: < empty >

How much time could it take?
