Export customized shortcuts keys made in ArcMap

Is it possible to export custom shortcut keys made in ArcMap?

I have a bunch a of customized key bindings that I would like to export to my co-workers. The idea is to export the shortcut keys to a file e.g. .ini file, that they could import. This would be much easier than assigning them manually.

I'm also going to be upgrading from ArcMap 10.1 to 10.2 and was wondering if I could export my shortcut keys to the newest version as well.

Are customized shortcut keys stored in the normal.mxd?
