Python Plugin not Working when i degrade the qgis version from 2.8.1 to 2.0.1

i removed qgis2.8.1 from my system with ubuntu 14.04 OS. As i was not satisfied with this version because qgis2.8.1 was crashing when i loaded data from my local server. Now i again installed qgis 2.0.1 but my python plugins is not working. Because of this i am not able to use OPEN LAYER PLUGIN. Can anyone give me support how to fix this prblem.
