Available modules/products for GPS+IMU sensors shipped with sensor fusion SW?

Are there any solutions/products (modules) in the market that integrate GPS and IMU sensors that come together with the sensor fusion algorithms (Kalman filtering etc.) implemented and ready for use?

Trying to build a device for tracking athlete movement and speed -- think soccer or football. Only 2D space is of interest. It will be carried by the athlete. Other than track the position and speed, interested in computing total distance covered, tracking acceleration, step balance etc. I think that to have a good estimate of the distance covered with change of directions etc., a time resolution / update rate of >1Hz (perhaps 10Hz) is needed.

I am also OK with post-processing solutions for now (eventually plan to support a real-time system). Also absolute accurate position is not important; relative accuracy with past positions and with field corners (marked by another GPS receiver) is needed. Currently looking for improvements to the quality of the location/speed data logged. (Using just the GPS, the data is noisy/occasional unexpected jumps)

I am pretty new to all this localization using GPS and/or IMU sensors, so please bear with me and appreciate any help.
