Highest Position tool returning error in arcmap 10.2

I attempted to use the highest position tool to find out which raster out of 3 has higher values.

I checked that all the input rasters are on the same spatial reference (WGS 1984), but the tool is returning Errors 999999, 010302 and 010067: error executing function, unable to create the output raster and error in executing grid expression respectively (see picture)
