Local Government Model 10.2 missing feature classes

Has anybody else noticed missing feature classes in the Local Government Information Model? I can't find the feature class "RoadCenterline" after importing the xml into a file geodatabase. However, when I do a text search in LocalGovernment.xml I see it shows up multiple times.
