Raster to Polygon using 57 GB DEM

I need to perform Raster to Polygon with the DEM that is about 57 GB. What software is the best to perform that can handle which software ?

I have ArcGIS 10.1 Ecognition Developer 64 QGIS GDAL ENVI 5.1 OSGeo4W
