Resample for Landsat8 to 60m Resolution

I have two Landsat images for the same study area. One of them in 1975 (Landsat 2 MSS with resolution 30m) and the other in 2014 (Landsat8 OLI with resolution 60m). I want to make change detection between. So, I need to do resample for scene of Landsat8 to (60 meters) to match the MSS data and to compute the change detection. So please, currently I am working on EVNI5.1 and ERDAS2013 how can I do resample process in these software is there any tutorial or video related to these software?
